Excellent customer service and quality work performed as expected.

Fantastic service. Even was offered a loaner when it appeared extra time was needed to check on a new recall issue on my car. I especially liked the video sent me, reviewing all the work that was done.

This was my second time getting service at Goodwins in Brunswick, ME. The first experience was outstanding and this experience was just as good, if not better! The front desk team was welcoming and helpful. They had a shuttle ride ready for me as promised. They finished my service early and sent a detailed video showing everything that was done. And they even washed my truck and the floor mats - a big bonus during a Maine winter!! Really glad to be able to get my service at Goodwins!

Michael Wilde's was very considerate and respectful, explaining everything about the needed repairs that my 2016 Chevy Cruze needed!
