We now offer the public the ability to purchase our wholesale trade-ins before we bring them to auction. A wholesale license is not required to make a purchase. It is important to understand these are in fact wholesale vehicles and are not to be considered for a retail sale. These vehicles will be sold at auction prices far below retail values. Goodwin's does perform a Maine state "pass/fail" inspection, and will provide a list of one or more items that caused the vehicle to fail the state's safety requirements and make it "unsafe for the road". These vehicles are displayed exactly as the previous owner traded them to Goodwin's, and will be sold in the same condition.

These vehicles will need some, a little or a lot, of repairs to make them safe for the road. These repairs will be at the expense of the new owner and it is understood that Goodwin's will not contribute to this expense.

All sales are final on AS IS vehicles, and there are no warranties implied or available. Dealer financing is not available for these vehicles.

All AS IS vehicles must be towed off the lot at the new owner's expense to their new desired destination. It is understood that Goodwin's is not responsible for the mechanical or physical condition after vehicle has left the lot.
