At our corporate headquarters (Brunswick) and at our four other locations in Maine and New Hampshire, we are lucky to have employees that are just like family. Some people have been with us for going on 30+ years, and yet some other employees have been here 20+ years with multiple generations of family members as employees. I am in my 13th year at Goodwin's Chevrolet Mazda. Coming here meant going to the major leagues from the minors from the moment Frank Goodwin called and asked me to join his sales team. My time at Goodwin's has meant meeting a huge variety of new and awesome people-both customers and employees. I pride myself on finding out what the customers problem or need may be and help them move forward. Coming to Goodwins has been very rewarding not only for myself personally, but for the hundreds of customers that I have had the pleasure in helping out over the years!


Favorite Brunswick Restaurants: Byrne's Irish Pub with their Leprechaun Balls and pretzels are incredible. While the Tomato Primavera with olives from Scarlett Begonias, every Friday, simply makes my week complete!!!!!


My favorite pet Bergamot, my daughter's puppy!!! Bergie is half border collie/half black lab. She is a rescue puppy that was found, with her litter, in a cardboard box on the side of a Georgia road 1 1/2 ago. I am amazed that her life's journey has brought her to us. And am so very thankful! I have never experience so much love in a little package!!!!


The best place to observe a sunset in Maine: The deck at our family boathouse. The boathouse is located by our home in Days Ferry, Woolwich on the east side of the Kennebec. The setting sun observed up-river through the "chops" by Thorne Head is incredible and is different with every sunset, determined by the various cloud formations.

Natasha Bishop is a sales specialist here at Goodwin Chevrolet Mazda in Brunswick, Maine. She has been working at the dealership since June and has enjoyed every moment of it. Natasha has always had an interest in cars, especially Chevrolet. Her grandfather was a Aroostook County potato farmer, and there were always Chevy trucks on the farm. She grew up in Caribou and moved to mid-coast Maine in May after graduating from the University of Maine, were she earned, an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and a Bachelors Degree in Biology. When she is not working at Goodwin's she enjoys going on runs/walks, shopping, watching a good movie, or eating some great local food. While in college Natasha was a participant of the Disney College Program, where she lived and worked at Walt Disney World in Orlando for a semeter. During the summer of her college years, she worked and lived in Bar Harbor, Maine, and names Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park as one of the best places to visit in the state. Natasha loves working at the dealership and forming relationships with customers, making their buying experience easier and memorable.


Favorite place in the Brunswick area to eat: is Shere Punjab. Being from Aroostook County, prior to moving to the area she never tried Indian food. She describes the Chicken Tikka Masala as; love at first bite.



ALEXIS GETCHELL

Alexis was born and raised in Brewer Maine - she has lived there all her life but then moved to the Midcoast area right after she graduated from Brewer High School in 2017. Alexis has always had an interest in cars ever since she could remember, as her father works at a Toyota dealership. On her days off she likes to spend time with her fiance Taylor and friends and family. She has two dogs one is a Siberian Husky named Tundra and the other is a German Shepherd named Kona and has the fluffiest cat named Mya. She loves to explore new places and admire the scenery, road trips is one of her favorite things to do.


The best place to see a sunset in Maine is:The best place to see a sunset would be anywhere on the coast, because what is a better view than watching the sunset on the water. Or another place would have to be on top of Cadillac Mountain, even if you miss the sunset it is still beautiful scenery.


My favorite pet is: My favorite pet is going to have to be my husky Tundra. He is by far the best pet I have ever had. He is such a love bug and is so gentle. He really loves babies and puppies. Ever since I could remember I knew I wanted to have a husky. In 2016 I had the opportunity to get one, and as soon as I saw his picture, there was no way I was going to give that up. He isnt your typical husky, he is extremely calm and keeps to himself, not hyper at all. He is the best and I love him so much.

Favorite Local Meal: Hands down is the lobster roll with onion rings and coleslaw, from Cameron's Lobster House right down the road. Its refreshing and so delicious! Perfect for a hot summer day.


If I Could Have Any Super Power: it would definitely be teleportation. Imagine on your day off, really wishing you could be somewhere in California on the beach or Venice, Italy for some lunch and new culture, then being able to make it back for work the next day! Please someone gift me with that ability!

 

My Favorite Sports Player has to be the one and only Tom Brady. The man is a legend.

I Am the first person you will see when walking into our service department, I'm a very Happy go, lucky guy if your vehicle needs service... I'm your man!! I was born in Portland, Maine and attended high school at Bonny Eagle in Standish. I graduated from Lakes Region Community College in 2009 with my associates in applied automotive science. And continued as a technician until 2012. I took a bit of a break from the automotive field but returned to the industry by joining the Goodwin Chevrolet Mazda team in 2017 as a service advisor. I enjoy being outdoors! Mountain biking, fishing, and recreational motorsports are what make me tick! I am married with one child and I enjoy spending time with my family and friends most of all.


My favorite meal: you can't get in the Brunswick bath area, its got to be some home-cooked BBQ, burgers or steak tips on the grill served with a cold beer and some pasta salad!


Favorite sports player: it has to be Emmitt Smith #22 Dallas Cowboys !!


Early Bird gets the worm, or night owl? I'm a night owl through and through, not sure why just never liked going to bed early.
